School Sessions - learning to move and think outside the box
We offer unique workshop packages that stand out from the norm. Many young people miss out on the opportunity to explore movement outside of the rigid everyday PE offering, we aim to change that by providing an engaging alternative to traditional options.
We offer a variety of sessions, including circus skills, hula hoop, aerial, pole, dance, yoga, boxing, and fencing… all suitable for all abilities—no prior experience is necessary, we provide everything needed. These sessions are popular for enrichment, activity days, and special events.
All classes and workshops are conducted in a supportive, structured environment by qualified instructors. We have workshops tailored to suit special educational needs and for the elderly.
