Project Hoop are specialists in delivering Hula Hoop enrichment programmes for schools.
Hula Hoop is all about patience, coordination, and timing, and there's nothing quite like it (in our totally unbiased opinion).
We have been delivering Hula Hoop sessions to schools, universities, and communities since the beginning, and recommend it to everyone. We work with you to decide on a programme that will provide the most benefit. Weekly sessions, Ad-Hoc classes, or packaging Hula Hoop up as part of a wider service offering. We are here to make sure you have the best possible experience.
Aerial
Soar to new heights with our exhilarating aerial workshops!
From graceful silks, to dynamic aerial hoop routines, you'll learn to command the air and leave spectators breathless. Our expert aerialists will guide you through each step, ensuring your safety and helping you achieve aerial excellence.
This is better suited to smaller groups, and many of our clients opt to include Aerial as part of a hula hoop package, as two workshops running alongside one other will keep everyone involved and moving.
Circus
Join us for an inclusive circus experience where everyone can participate, regardless of athletic ability! From juggling and plate spinning to diablo, flower sticks, unicycles, and stilts, we offer a variety of activities (though no lions, I'm afraid)!

Yoga
Our instructors bring over 10 years of experience in teaching and guiding students. Each is highly talented and qualified, with backgrounds in India and Australia, as well as residencies at renowned spas and studios. They are extensively trained in movement and meditation techniques, including Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, incorporating both Yin and Yang elements into their sessions.
