This is a bit about my Yo-Hoop partner Thea, she is the yoga side of thing
– ‘My journey into yoga began with a feeling. I encourage my students to embrace authentic and organic movements that follow sensation rather than expectation. I have a Personal understanding of the challenges mental health can have upon each of us, I provide an inclusive safe and compassionate space for all. Yoga found me more than 9 years ago and My love of flow, anatomy and mental wellness drives my teaching to encourage students to focus on their internal energy, away from external and self-imposed constraints. My continuing journey has led me to study human physiology and the relation of wellness to movement to movement focusing on Yoga for Health.’

It is time to release your inner hoop ninja and explore the world of breaks.
We have learned from the Queen Rachel Lust and we want to share that and so much more with you. This is one for the tougher mudders of the hoop world.
What will I learn?
So… Let me b-r-e-a-k it down for you… we will be looking at breaks, ninja breaks (under arm and waist), pinch breaks (under arm and waist), wrist breaks, paddles, knee breaks… We can literally teach you them all, along with tons of variations for the more confident: such as neck, shoulders, wrap breaks and leg breaks.
We will cover as MUCH as we can, if you need to warm up please do so before hand, we will not be doing any warm up games etc, we will be getting straight into breaking stuff!
This is a single hoop workshop and is suitable for confident beginners and intermediates upwards. You are advised to bring your own hoop, but we have plenty for you to borrow. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a screw top bottle for water etc…
