RoRo has featured on the BBC and other media; she is a well known figure in the hoop community, and also an ambassador for This Girl Can.
A bit about Thea: My journey into yoga began 9 years ago when I began to feel through the medicinal movements little lost sparks of my energy returning, sparkling their way into my body. It’s this inner empowerment that I encourage my students to embrace, through authentic and sensation-based movements rather than their own expectations. I intimately understand the challenges of mental health in our modern world and I provide an inclusive, safe and compassionate space for all. Over the years I have found that my love of flow, anatomy and promotion of mental wellness practices drives my teaching to encourage students to focus on their internal energy, away from external and self-imposed constraints. My continuing journey has led me to study human physiology and the relation of wellness to movement to movement focusing on Yoga for Health. I am a certified Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT Teacher and studied my teacher training at BodyMindLife Sydney.
