Learn a particular set of skills, or the basics and more with some workshops; typically taught for 1hr – 2hrs, these can be taught in on going blocks or as a one off. We have workshops suitable for all levels, adults and children, with single and multi hoop available; the focus can be fitness, circus or choreography. All of our workshops are adaptable, we teach all over the UK in lots of different venues, and we work with lots of famous and established Hoop teachers and performers, so there is no gig too big or too small. All of our teachers are experienced, DBS checked and certified

You can hire us for a public or private workshops. Our workshops are popular with schools, events, and corporate organisations. We have taught workshops all over the UK and abroad. We have years of experiencing of teaching all ages, and abilities, including SEN.

Project Hoop has worked with lots of companies and groups over the years to bring an alternative activity of entertainment and hoop based fun. Our packages are bespoke to suit the needs and requirements of your event. Learn to hoop, master a trick or two, have fun, and maybe enjoy a performance. We offer an additional YoHoop package (yoga and hoop workshops 2hours of workshops with a breather in-between). along with an additional keep the hoop option, as a keepsake you can take them away to practice with and hopefully continue your hoopy journey. Party packages are ideal for Hen parties, Birthday parties, and Corporate events.

Saturday 29 May 2021  – 2 workshops in Nottingham – The Lenton Centre

Workshop 1 – Who doesn’t like rolls? We love rolls – 10 -11.15 am – £10

Who doesn’t like rolls, we love rolls, we have more tricks and transitions than you can shake a hoop at, and we are going to share them with you!

Adding rolls into combos, dynamics and flow. Suitable for anyone using polypro, please stay your level when booking.

We are back in the flesh baby, It’s a Nottingham Hula Hoop Workshop. We have high ceilings, It is in person and it’s all about Rolls.

Roll on up, and move on up, as we take the basics and turn them into something more. We will be teaching 1 and 2 hoop tricks. Tech heads I have you covered. Bring 1 – 2 hoops. You will not be disappointed!

This workshop is suitable for beginners (must be using polypro), intermediate and advanced hula hoopers.

Parking is available at the Centre. Covid measures shall be in place, please bring your own equipment or state what you need to borrow when booking.

If due to Covid restriction we are unable to go ahead, a refund shall be issued.
