Schools & Colleges
School of Circus Sessions
Our School of Circus works with schools and colleges all over the UK, we offer something different to the conventional norm in the hope of showing young people that learning a new skill, expressing themselves and being fit and healthy, doesn’t have to be confined within a traditional curriculum.
Our experienced teachers are some of the best in the industry, and regularly work with professionals, as well as other well known organisations. We understand how to enable leaners to progress at a developmental pace with guidance and support. Our instructors are qualified teachers.
We offer circus, hula hoop, aerial, pole, dance, illustration, yoga, boxing and spoken word, our sessions suitable for all abilities and students don’t need any prior experience. These sessions are popular for enrichment, activity days, and events.
Hula Hoop
Our Hula hoop artists are tricksters, performers and teachers with a wealth of experience and credentials. They have taught nationally and internationally at conventions, and have performed at huge events, and appeared in the press. They can teach jaw dropping workshops blending dance, circus and fitness for all abilities.
Pole fitness
Our talented pole fitness teachers have won International Pole Tournaments. They are renowned circus school teachers, and they have a background in performing.
Learn pole whilst building strength, fitness and having fun. We have portable equipment which can be brought to your space, additional teachers are available for bigger groups.
Aerial
Experience life in the air with some aerial sessions with our award winning teachers, in these sessions you can learn aerial hoop or silks, learning skill, drills and how to use the equipment,
Our teachers are renowned performers, who have trained intensively and teach regularly at circus schools.
They are renowned circus school teachers, who regularly perform nationally and internationally.
All equipment is provided and there is the option to have two tutors for larger groups.
Dance
Our professional contemporary dance choreographers and teachers. Are all MA certified with a deep interest in teaching a variety of different age groups and abilities. They can teach all styles of dance, and have regular residencies with studios, they have also worked with the likes of Gary Clarke, Daniel Squire and Wayne Mcgregor Company as well as Alleyne Dance, Charles Linnen and Lucy Suggate.
Yoga
Our teachers have been teaching and guiding students for over 10 years, each one is highly talented and qualified, they have studied and taught in India and Australia, and have residencies at well known spa’s and studios. Extensively trained in techniques of movement and meditation, including Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga styles, bringing Yin & Yang elements to their sessions.
We also have ‘Flowga’ which is a type of yoga based on the movements of dance.
Circus skills
Our circus instructors have over 30 years’ experience as performers, specialising in circus skills to provide entertainment to a wide variety of private, public and corporate events, and have taught and performed abroad.
They provide a range of circus skills workshops for all ages, including primary, secondary, and specialist educational settings. Their abilities range from juggling, diablo, stilt walking, devil stick, spinning plates and poi, uni cycle, they can differentiate for different levels of abilities and needs.
Spoken word
Spoken word poetry workshops are aimed at young people of all ages, in schools, universities, colleges or community settings. Explore the power of poetry and creative expression, use your performance skills to build confidence, self-esteem and have fun, all whilst expressing yourself.
musical theatre
Learning the fundamentals of musical theatre, breaking it down into three categories (dance, drama and song) whilst developing confidence, self expression and new musical theatre techniques.
