Project Hoop was established in 2017 by RoRo (Rochene Johnston) she has over 15 years of experience in hula hooping, and teaching. Originally self-taught, she now combines her expertise and passions for teaching and performing by coordinating activities, events and performances for events and schools, in the UK and abroad.
With fantastic teachers and performers throughout the UK, we bring our expertise wherever we go. Our talent is among the best in the industry. We know how to engage, educate and captivate audiences, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone.
Events - Let us provide the entertainment
Whether it’s a celebration, corporate or public event, we offer a diverse range of circus acts, including hula hooping, aerial performances, juggling, dance, contortion and more. Birthday, wedding or festival our performers will dazzle your guests - LED and fire available; we will elevate your event with extraordinary performances that will leave a lasting impression!
School Sessions - learning to move and think outside the box
We offer unique workshop packages that stand out from the norm. Many young people miss out on the opportunity to explore movement outside of the rigid everyday PE offering, we aim to change that by providing an engaging alternative to traditional options.
We offer a variety of sessions, including circus skills, hula hoop, aerial, pole, dance, yoga, boxing, and fencing… all suitable for all abilities—no prior experience is necessary, we provide everything needed. These sessions are popular for enrichment, activity days, and special events.
All classes and workshops are conducted in a supportive, structured environment by qualified instructors. We have workshops tailored to suit special educational needs and for the elderly.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we shifted to online teaching and now have a fantastic selection of downloadable lessons available for purchase. These resources are perfect for aspiring hoop teachers and as well as beginners.
